What can I expect from the event?
The Museum and Stadium Tour: A guided tour that starts from visiting the Meazza Stadium, allowing you to explore usually inaccessible areas such as the Milan and Inter locker rooms, the mixed zone and the entrance tunnel, until reaching the edge of the pitch and the benches to take photos from an exclusive perspective. The visit continues in the San Siro Museum – where you can admire a unique collection of historical memorabilia, reproductions, models, interactive workstations and large ledwalls.
Skywalk: A high-altitude panoramic experience that allows you to walk on the legendary red beams of the structure, 55 meters high, enjoying a breathtaking view.
Where will the experience take place?
At the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium (San Siro), in Piazzale Angelo Moratti, 20151 Milan, Italy. The museum is accessible from gate 6, PC 3.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The Museum is indoors, while the Skywalk is outdoors. For this reason, the activity may be canceled or temporarily suspended in case of adverse weather conditions (for example, heavy rain, strong winds, snow). If due to the weather forecast the event cannot take place, we will inform you by email to the same address linked to your Fever account. In case of doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The Museum visit is self-guided and lasts about an hour. The Skywalk visit lasts about half an hour and includes: an initial briefing, climbing to the roof from Tower 4, walking to Tower 1 and returning via the third ring.
Are food and drinks available on-site for purchase?
Yes, it is possible to purchase food and drinks at the Museum bar. Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed inside the Museum rooms and on the Skywalk.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, on-site parking is available.
Will there be virtual reality?
Currently, there are no virtual reality activities, but a new VR attraction will be available starting from autumn 2026.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for visiting the Museum. To access the Skywalk, it is mandatory to wear closed shoes with rubber soles; heels, sandals, or slippers are not allowed. Bags and luggage, as well as any other bulky items, must be left at the entrance of the attraction, in order not to clutter the escape routes in case of emergency. Visitors without the required technical requirements will NOT be guaranteed access to the roof or a ticket refund.
Will there be merchandise on sale?
Yes, the merchandise of the two home Clubs is already present at the San Siro Store. Starting from September 2026, a collection of merchandise and souvenirs of the San Siro Stadium will also be available.
Regarding tickets
Can I buy a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site at the box office at the Museum entrance.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just send the PDF you received via email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact us with any doubts or questions. Make sure to mention your ticket order number. Do I need to print the ticket?
It is not necessary to print the ticket; it will be validated via the Fever app or via the barcode in the purchase confirmation email upon your arrival at the location.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us. Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Refunds are not allowed for events not attributable to the Stadium Structure. Based on availability, online tickets can be modified in date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the event. If you want to make a change, contact us indicating the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the ticket date and/or time. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs. If you are undecided about when to visit us, we recommend buying our Gift Card. Can I make a group booking?
Yes! Groups of at least 50 people can take advantage of a special rate, available on request. In these cases, booking is mandatory. For information and reservations, you can write to tour@sansirostadium.com or call +39 02 4042 432. Regarding event accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the beginning of the session?
If you have purchased a ticket for the Skywalk, please go to the gate (Gate 6, PC3) 10 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket. Any delays not attributable to the Stadium Structure will not entitle you to any refund. If you have purchased a ticket for the Museum, the visit will take place at the end of the Skywalk tour. If you have only purchased a ticket for the Museum, it is sufficient to arrive at the time indicated on the ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Animals cannot access the Skywalk due to the characteristics of the grated floor on the roof, exposure to the elements, and the height. To protect their well-being and safety, access is prohibited, thus avoiding potentially stressful situations for our four-legged friends. Assistance dogs and small dogs, if kept on a leash, are however welcome inside the Museum and the stadium.
Is the event accessible?
The Museum is equipped with an access ramp, an elevator to the upper floor, and areas with seating to relax along the way. Please note that the Tour includes some flights of stairs, so if you have mobility difficulties, we advise you to take this into account to best enjoy the experience. If you use a wheelchair, no problem: there are dedicated paths to reach all areas of the Tour. Due to the technical characteristics of the walkways, the Skywalk is not accessible to people with motor disabilities, even if temporary; in these cases, the classic Stadium Tour remains available. In addition to what is already foreseen by the Stadium Use Regulations, it is not possible to participate in the Skywalk if: you are pregnant beyond the 24th week, you suffer from vertigo.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the Museum, the Stadium, and on the Skywalk.
Are there tickets for companions/carers?
Entry to the San Siro Stadium Museum & Tour for disabled people, not able to carry out the tour independently, is free with at least 1 companion per disabled person who will pay the reduced price ticket. For disabled people who do not need accompaniment, there is facilitated entry at a reduced price. In both cases, the correct ticket to buy is "Reduced (Under 14, Over 65, Disabled Companion, Unaccompanied Disabled)". The documents entitling you to the reduction must be shown in case of verification by the staff in charge of checking.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, the museum does not have accessibility measures for the deaf/visually impaired.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be strobe lights.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit down during the event?
There are seats at the bar area at the beginning of the Tour, in the stands of the Stadium, and inside the Museum.
Will there be restrooms on site?
Yes, there are restrooms inside the Museum.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, it is allowed only for personal use, in compliance with the instructions and rules along the path. Contents created for commercial purposes are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found office?
Yes - ask for more information at the ticket office.
Is a cloakroom service available?
No, but visitors will be able to leave their luggage and other bulky items in a dedicated area inside the gatehouse at the Museum entrance.
Are there age requirements?
For the Museum, there are no age requirements. Children up to 5 years of age can enter for free. Access to the Skywalk is allowed from 7 years of age.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, but a private guide is available for a fee (more information available by contacting tour@sansirostadium.com). In any case, our staff will be present along the route to guarantee the correct conduct of the visit and provide explanations on the contents of the exhibition.
